1. Place formal order with
The Recom Group via phone or fax.
2. Provide deposit (Generally 50% of order) by check or credit card.
3. Provide your formatted artwork. Please see below for instructions
on submitting artwork.
You can easily submit your artwork online via our Cloud Site: www.RecomNetwork.com .
Or, you are welcome to send your artwork on a CD.

4. Our graphics department will
contact you regarding your artwork and any required proof(s).
The following is our procedure for handing and processing your
custom artwork order:
When your artwork is successfully uploaded to our cloud site, you
will receive an automatic email confirmation that we received it.
(Reminder, please do not send artwork unless you have entered a
formal order via phone, fax or online). A PDF proof will be emailed
to you in approximately 5 business days if your submitted artwork
is usable. If it is not usable (bad file, bad quality or we
cannot open your file etc....) you will be contacted and asked to
send new artwork. A physical proof can be sent upon request for a
nominal charge plus applicable shipping fees. Once written approval
of the artwork is given, the order will be scheduled into
production. Production time will be approximately 2 – 3 weeks for
all orders. (RUSH options are available) Shipping time is not
included in the production time frame as noted above. All orders are
shipped Ground or Freight Carrier and may be expedited upon request
by the customer via email.
NOTE: If you have a critical time frame, you MUST have this noted in
writing on our sales order. NO verbal reference or email alone will
guarantee any critical time schedule. ANY critical time schedules
must be confirmed IN WRITING on our SALES ORDER. Customer is
responsible to confirm this. If you receive our sales order and no
critical time frame is noted, we are not responsible even if you
discussed this verbally. Please be absolutely sure to review our
sales order confirmation. We do offer special scheduling, even 24
hour service on some displays at an additional cost.
your "Critical Timeframe" is not written on the sales
order, we will not be responsible for meeting any time
Please submit your actual artwork in the following format:
Illustrator, InDesign, JPEG (High Res), PDF (Print Ready) or TIFF
Resolution: 300dpi minimum
Bleed: ¼” bleed
over and beyond the header
Scale (do not scale down)
included all linked files if any
Rasterize, outline or provide all fonts used
NOT MERGE/FLATTEN THE TEMPLATE WITH THE ARTWORK**
Please no quark files
Using our Display Templates:
Our templates are created
at full scale. There is no need for measurements on our templates.
Simply create your artwork so that it fits our template. IMPORTANT:
Make sure that your artwork is in a separate layer.
How to upload
your artwork to our Recom Network Cloud Site:
It's easy.....simply go to www.RecomNetwork.com
You do not need a "User Name" or "Password" to use this
Please be sure to include your name and/or company name so that we
can identify the artwork with your order.
You should have an order already placed with us before uploading
artwork, or at least contact our Creative Director "Eddie Godina" so
that our graphics department can be aware of your specific artwork.
Otherwise, you will risk your artwork not being identified or being
